For the tuna
800 grams fresh Tuna steak
3 Tbsps soy sauce
salt
peppers
Sesame seeds (2 tbsp, light and dark)
For the serving
4 tsps Wasabi paste
40 grams pickled ginger (thin slices)
soy sauce
Crispbread (with sesame)

Preparation steps

1.

For the tuna: rinse fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and combine with soy sauce, refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

2.

Heat sesame oil in a wok, pat dry tuna fillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Quickly roll in sesame seeds and cut into thick slices. Serve with wasabi, ginger, soy sauce and crispbread.
