Ingredients

- For the tuna
- 800 grams fresh Tuna steak
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- salt
- peppers
- Sesame seeds (2 tbsp, light and dark)
- For the serving
- 4 tsps Wasabi paste
- 40 grams pickled ginger (thin slices)
- soy sauce
- Crispbread (with sesame)
Preparation steps
1.
For the tuna: rinse fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and combine with soy sauce, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat sesame oil in a wok, pat dry tuna fillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Quickly roll in sesame seeds and cut into thick slices. Serve with wasabi, ginger, soy sauce and crispbread.
