- 300 grams Comté cheese
- 600 grams potatoes
- 1 Bologna sausage (about 400-500 g)
- 20 grams butter
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt (pepper)
Preparation steps

Coarsely grate cheese. Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until crisp-tender. Poach sausage in simmering water over low heat, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice garlic. Preheat oven to 210°C (approximately 400°F).

Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Line the bottom of a baking dish with potato slices and sprinkle with half the garlic. Slice sausage and spread over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and season with salt and pepper. Spoon creme fraiche over the top and bake for 15 minutes.
