Sausage and Mushroom Skewers

Nutritional values
Sausages and mushrooms are both excellent sources of protein. The mushrooms also have plenty of vitamin D, which ensures a well-functioning calcium balance and thus promotes strong bones and teeth.
If you pay close attention to the calories, look critically at the label when you buy the sausage, because not all poultry sausages are "harmless." Some varieties contain up to 25 percent fat!
