1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Brush (or paper towels), 4 Metal skewers, 1 Aluminum grilling pan, 1 Grilling tongs

Peel shallots and cut in half. Clean mushrooms with a brush (or paper towels) and cut off the stem ends.
