200 grams mixed Lettuce
2 Bell pepper (1 red and yellow)
1 can Kidney beans
salt
freshly ground peppers
50 grams Emmentaler cheese (coarsely grated)
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 pkg Tortilla chip

Preparation steps

1.

Trim and rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear into small pieces.

2.

Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into cubes.

3.

Drain the beans in a colander, rinse with cold water and drain.

4.

Mix the vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix with the salad ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
