- 600 grams large Beans (frozen or canned)
- 2 Tbsps Sherry vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Red onion
- 2 stalks fresh marjoram
- 200 grams Feta
Preparation steps

If using frozen beans, boil in salted water about 8 minutes, then drain in a colander. If using canned beans, drain and rinse well. To make dressing: Whisk vinegar with oil. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into dressing. Strip marjoram leaves from stems and stir into dressing.

Peel onion and cut into thin strips. Mix beans with dressing and onion. Cover and let marinate about 1 hour. Cut feta cheese into cubes and sprinkle over the salad just before serving.
