- 2 red onions
- 300 grams smoked Mackerel (without skin)
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the wax and green beans and blanch in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut into smaller pieces as needed. Cut the cheese into 5 cm (approximately 2 inch) long pieces. Peel the onions, halve and cut into thin slices. Pick apart the mackerel with a fork.

Mix the oil with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl, gently mix with the vinaigrette, arrange on plates and serve garnished with dill.
