2 Tbsps butter
¼ white Daikon radish
8 slices Roast beef
½ tsp Mustard
2 scallions
50 grams Radish sprout

Preparation steps

1.

Spread butter on the bread. Peel radish, slice thinly and spread over half of the bread. Trim scallions, rinse and finely chop the white portion.

2.

Arrange 4 slices of beef on each of the radish-topped slices of bread, brush with a little mustard, then top with radish sprouts and scallions. Cover each sandwich with a second slice of bread.
