60 grams lamb's lettuce
6 Cherry tomatoes
6 slices Roast beef
2 tsps Horseradish (prepared, 10 grams or .3 ounce)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry mache. Rinse tomatoes.

2.

Thinly slice roast beef and season with horseradish. Roll up roast beef slices and secure with wooden skewers. Top with half the mache and 1 tomato.

3.

Prepare a second salad with remaining mache and tomato. Drizzle both salads with oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Serve salads with roast beef skewers.
