- 200 grams short grain rice
- 400 milliliters fish stock
- 1 egg
- 75 grams grated Parmesan
- 125 grams Crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
- ½ Tbsp grated Lemon peel
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse rice well. Combine with fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Add egg, Parmesan, coarsely chopped crabmeat and dill to rice, season with salt, pepper and lemon zest to taste. Make small patties out of the mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and cook patties until golden yellow on both sides. Arrange on plates and serve.
