- 1 ⅔ cups green Olives
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 strip lemon zest (pith removed)
- extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation steps
1.
Toss the olives with the flavourings, then tip into a jar or bowl.

Cover with olive oil, seal and leave for 2 days to marinate before serving.
