- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 ¾ ozs Dried yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water (approx)
- 4 cups Bread flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 Tbsps olive oil (divided)
- 1 cup pitted Olives
- 3 fresh rosemary
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Dissolve sugar, yeast and warm water in a small bowl and set aside for 12 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl mix flour and salt together. Add the dissolved yeast and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix together with the flour and salt until until a dough ball has formed.

Knead the dough on a floured work surface for approximately 5 minutes. Shape into a smooth ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let rise for 40 minutes, until it has doubled in size.
5.
Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Press dough down onto baking sheet in desired shape. Brush dough with remaining olive oil. Add olives, rosemary sprigs, sea salt and pepper.
6.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
