- 4 starchy potatoes
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- black peppers (freshly ground)
- 1 onion
- 4 slices Farmhouse bread
- scallions
Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes and cook until tender, drain, peel and coarsely grate.

Mix the cream and sour cream with the potatoes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Shortly before serving, peel the onion, finely chop and mix in, then season to taste. Spread onto the bread and serve garnished with chives.
