150 grams Corn (canned)
2 tablespoons butter
100 grams Whipped cream
salt

parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, cover with water in a pot and cook for about 25 minutes. Add the corn about 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.

2.

Drain the potatoes and corn and press both through a ricer. Mix with cream and butter and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve garnished with parsley.
