1 onion
1 tsp olive oil
450 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 Tbsp fresh marjoram
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
50 grams raw ham
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, peel, and dice potatoes. Peel onion, finely chop and sweat in a pan in hot oil until translucent. Add the diced potatoes add and saute for 2 minutes.

Pour in the broth and marjoram and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

3.

Then puree the soup and stir in creme fraiche. Cut the ham into thin strips.

4.

Serve the soup in bowls sprinkled with ham and parsley.
