- 500 grams Pork
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Chorizo (garlic sausages)
- 400 grams button Mushroom
- ½ lemon (juice)
Preparation steps

Cut the pork into thin strips, about 2 cm long (approximately 1 inch). Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the meat. Season with salt and pepper, remove and keep warm.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Cook in same oil as pork. Cut the chorizo into thin slices and cook with garlic for about 3 minutes.

Rinse mushrooms, cut into slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Add mushrooms and sausage to pan and cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
