400 grams Pork tenderloin
2 dried chili peppers
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt

100 grams Bacon (slices)
2 stalks Sage

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the eggplant and zucchini and cut into 1/2 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) slices.

2.

Rinse the pork under cold water, pat dry and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices.

3.

Crush the chilies in a mortar and mix with oil, salt, and pepper.

4.

Make small towers using 1 slice each of zucchini, eggplant and pork. Brush with the marinade and wrap with bacon.

5.

Cook on a hot grill for 10-15 minutes on all sides.

6.

Meanwhile, rinse the sage, shake dry and remove the leaves. Garnish each roll with a piece of sage and serve.
