Pasta with Radicchio
Rinse radicchio and chop. Peel onion and garlic and chop. Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until soft. Add radicchio and sauté briefly. Deglaze the pan with orange juice, add orange zest and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain pasta, add to the pan and mix with radicchio. Serve on plates immediately.
