500 grams Spiral pasta
salt
200 grams turkey breasts
4 scallions
1 garlic clove
250 grams Corn kernel (canned)
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
peppers (ground)
1 pinch Turmeric

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse the turkey, pat dry and cut into strips. Rinse the scallions, trim and cut into rings. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Drain the corn well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the scallions, season with salt and pepper and cook on a low heat for about 2 minutes. Stir in the creme fraiche and 3-4 tablespoons water and season with the vinegar. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Strain the pasta, rinse and drain well. Combine pasta with turkey meat, scallions, corn and cilantro. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric and serve.
