- 350 grams Pasta (such as Macaroni)
- salt
- 250 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 sprig Thai basil
- 2 eggs
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- freshly ground peppers
- 80 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Grease 4 oven-proof ramekins (each about 400 ml/approximately 1 3/4 cups) with oil.

Cook the pasta in salted water until very al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and cut into strips. Mix basil with the chicken and the pasta and pour into the ramekins. Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
