- 200 grams fresh Spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 150 milliliters milk
- 300 grams Blue cheese
- salt
- peppers
- ½ tsp grained Vegetable broth
- light sauce thickener

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salt water until al dente. Rinse the spinach. Peel and cube the onion. Heat the oil in a small saucepan. Saute the onion and spinach.

Drain the pasta and mix with the spinach and onion. Spread in a baking dish.

Heat the milk. Crumble the cheese and let it melt in the milk, stirring constantly. Season with broth, salt and pepper. Thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch.
4.
Pour the sauce over the pasta. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 220°C (approximately 425°F). Remove and serve immediately.
