It has almond flour which has a lot of protein in its baggage and thus outshines many a fitness powder. At the same time, it has a slight sweetness - which means you can save on sugar. The dietary fiber pectin from raspberries stimulates digestion. It also promotes the elimination of toxins: It can cling to them like a magnet so that they are transported out of the intestines more easily and quickly.
If you want to save a little time, place slightly larger blobs of batter in the hot pan for the Pancake Cereal. You can then use two forks or spoons for turning.

- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsps Whole Grain Spelt Flour
- 1 Tbsp Almond flour
- 1 generous pinch Vanilla powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla)
- 2 generous pinches Baking powder
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- 4 ½ ozs Raspberries
- 9 ozs Almond milk
- 2 tsps honey
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds

Preparation steps
Mix eggs with spelt flour, almond flour, vanilla and baking powder with a hand mixer to make a smooth batter. Fill the dough into a piping bag.
Heat some canola oil in a coated pan. Place small blobs of dough in the hot pan with enough space between them.
Cook mini pancakes over medium heat about 30 seconds per side until golden brown. Use up the remaining batter in the same way. Place Pancake Cereal in 2 bowls.
Wash raspberries and pat dry. Pour Pancake Cereal with the almond drink and top with raspberries, honey and almond flakes.
