¾ cup cocoa powder (sifted)
1 cup Pecan
¼ cup dark Agave syrup
½ cup Almond milk
0.333 cup Avocado oil

Preparation steps

1.
Place the dates in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave them to soak for 15 minutes.
2.
In the meantime, grease and line a 20 cm | 8" square baking tin with greaseproof paper.
3.
Drain the dates and place in a food processor along with the remaining ingredients, saving a couple of tablespoons of desiccated coconut for a garnish. Pulse until the mixture comes together.
4.
Press the mixture into the prepared tin and top with the remaining desiccated coconut. Leave to set at room temperature.
5.
Once set, turn out carefully and cut into portions before serving.
