- ⅔ cup butter
- 0.333 cup light brown sugar
- ⅜ cup clear honey
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup dried Cranberry
- ½ cup chopped dried Apricot (no need to soak)
- ½ cup chopped Walnut
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower seed
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 30cm x 20cm|12" x 8" baking tin.

Melt the butter, sugar and honey together in a large pan over a low heat. Remove from the heat.
3.
Add the rolled oats, cranberries, apricots, walnuts and sunflower seeds and stir well.
4.
Press the mixture into the tin and smooth the top.
5.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Cool completely in the tin, then cut into slices.
