- 1 cup frozen black currant
- ¼ cup Strawberries
- 1 ⅓ cups natural low-fat Yogurt
- 1 ⅓ cups Pomegranate juice
- To garnish
- 2 fresh mint (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Put the frozen raspberries, blackcurrants and strawberries into a blender.

Spoon on the yogurt and pour in the pomegranate juice.
3.
Whiz together the contents to combine.
4.
Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle over the chopped mint to garnish.
