1 Tbsp Coriander

8 ozs Kefir (or plain yogurt)
1 chicken (or 8 pieces)
olive oil (for the pan)

Preparation steps

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, strip the leaves or needles, and chop. Peel garlic and press through a press. Stir herbs, lemon zest, and garlic into the kefir or yogurt. Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar and also mix in. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into 8 pieces. Mix with the marinade in a large pan, cover with foil and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the chicken pieces in an oiled pan and bake about 45 minutes until brown. Serve with fresh rosemary sprigs.
