- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 200 grams green Beans
- 1 Celery
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 200 grams Tuna (in a can - in its own juice)
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- peppers
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 80 grams black Olives
- 1 Tbsp Caper

Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, trim, plucking into small pieces and drain well. Rinse the green beans, trim and blanch for about 8 minutes in boiling salted water, drain in cold water, rinse and drain again. Rinse, trim and cut the celery into thin slices. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into strips. Peel, halve and also cut the onion into strips. Drain the tuna and crumble.

For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the mustard, sugar, season with salt and pepper, drizzle in the oil and stir. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the dressing and serve garnished with the olives and capers.

Serve with a baguette if desired.
