Mustard Chicken Breast from the Microwave
Mix the creme fraiche with mustard, garlic and sage in a bowl, and season with salt.
Toss the chicken breast fillets in the creme fraiche mixture. Cover the bowl and cook in the microwave at 850 watts for about 4 minutes.
Cook for another 12 minutes at 450 watts in the microwave.
Turn the chicken breasts once during cooking and baste with the creme fraiche mixture.
