- 500 grams Pork tenderloin
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 onions
- 50 milliliters white wine
- 125 milliliters Whipped cream
- 200 grams Roquefort cheese
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and dice onions. Add to a microwave-safe bowl with oil. Cover and cook at 850 watts for about 5 minutes to braise. Add pork to mixture. Pour in wine, cover and cook at 450 watts for about 10 minutes.

Crush Roquefort and stir until smooth with cream and creme fraiche. Add to pork, mixing with wine already in bowl. Cook at 450 watts for 5 minutes, stirring as needed.
3.
To serve, cut pork into slices, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
