2 shallots
5 Tbsps grained Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
4 Chicken breasts (about 140 grams or 5 ounces)
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps melted butter
1 Broccoli (500 grams or 1.1 pound)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 210°C (approximately 400°F).

Peel and mince shallots. Combine shallots, mustard and rosemary. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and lay side by side in a baking dish. Brush with butter and cover with mustard mixture. Roast for about 20 minutes.

3.

In the meantime, rinse broccoli and cut into florets. Boil in a little salted water, cover and cook for about 4 minutes.

Remove chicken from oven, plate and serve with broccoli.
