125 milliliters Vegetable broth (Instant)
150 grams Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps white wine
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch sugar
1 tsp Mustard
3 Tbsps Chervil (chopped)
1 Tbsp light sauce thickener

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the carrot and cut into sticks or slices. Combine the carrots with the butter, broth, sour cream, wine, mustard, cornstarch and spices in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

2.

Cover and cook at 850 watts for about 6 minutes. Stir and continue cooking at 450 watts for another 8 minutes.
