150 grams mixed Berry (fresh or frozen)
200 grams Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Sea Buckthorn Puree (with honey)
1 Tbsp Whole Grain Oats

Preparation steps

1.

Thoroughly rinse the berries, then pat dry. If using frozen berries, thaw them overnight. Place the berries in a deep dish. 

2.

Mix the buttermilk with the sea buckthorn puree. Pour the mixture over the berries. Toast the oats in a dry pan until fragrant. Sprinkle the oat flakes over the dish and serve immediately.
