- 40 grams Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 40 grams Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 30 grams Oats (4 tablespoons)
- 2 Tbsps Corn flakes (20 grams) (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- 1 Tbsp raisins (15 grams) (approximately 1 tablespoons)
- 1 Tbsp dried Strawberries (15 grams) (approximately 1 tablespoons)
- 200 milliliters
- 1 Tbsp honey
Preparation steps
1.
Thaw and rinse raspberries and blueberries and drain.

Place oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins and strawberries in a bowl and pour milk.
3.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with berries.
