Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, stir together the cracked spelt and rye flour with about 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of cold water. Bring to a simmer and cook until soft. Remove from the heat. Add the raisins and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

2.

Stir in the yogurt and honey. Transfer to serving glasses. Garnish with rinsed berries.
