1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Sieve, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 small Bowl, 1 Mortar, 12 Wooden skewers, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Whisk

Preparation steps

Halve bell peppers, remove seeds, rinse and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) pieces.

Rinse zucchini and cut into slices 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick.

Drain and dice mozzarella. Drain olives in a sieve.

Rinse basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into fine strips.

Coarsely grind peppercorns and basil in a mortar. Alternate skewering bell peppers, zucchini, olives and mozzarella on 12 wooden skewers.

Cut lemon in half, squeeze, and measure 2-3 tablespoons of juice.
