- 100 grams Borage (with flowers, if desired)
- 1 bunch Dandelion greens
- 1 small Oak leaf lettuce
- ½ Iceberg lettuce
- 100 grams Watercress
- 50 grams Nasturtium (with flowers)
- 2 Tbsps Buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
- 2 vegetable oil
- salt
- ½ bunch Chives
- 100 grams Feta

Preparation steps
1.
Pluck the flowers from borage and nasturtiums and set aside.

Rinse salad greens, shake dry and tear apart into bite-size pieces. Cut feta cheese into small cubes.
3.
Mix buttermilk, whipping cream, oil and vinegar in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the chives and shake dry. Cut into rolls and stir with the feta cheese into the salad dressing. Toss dressing with salad and mix well. Before serving, sprinkle with the flowers.
