- 300 mixed Lettuce
- 4 button Mushroom
- 4 Tomatoes
- Bell pepper (1 red and 1 yellow)
- 100 grams Feta
- 70 grams Olives
- Pepperoncini (mild, pickled)
- 2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lettuce and spin dry.
2.
Rinse mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse peppers, remove seeds and cut into slices.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into eighths.
4.
Cut feta cheese into cubes.
5.
Whisk together vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stream in the oil.
6.
To serve: Mix mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, feta cheese, olives, and pepperoncini peppers. Toss with the salad dressing and arrange decoratively on plates.
