1 small Cucumber
1 Radicchio
1 bunch Arugula
2 Red onions
100 grams green Pepperoncini (from a jar)
100 grams black Olives
200 grams Feta
3 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp grated thyme

Preparation steps

Rinse and spin dry lettuce, tear into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse and slice tomatoes. Rinse and peel cucumber, trim the ends and slice. Rinse and spin dry arugula. Drain pepperoncini. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Cut feta cheese into pieces, sprinkle over salad. Whisk all dressing ingredients well and toss salad with the dressing. Serve salad with baguette.
