- 100 grams Galia melon (pulp)
- 1 tablespoon Sea buckthorn juice
- 100 milliliters cold Mineral water
- Lemon juice
- 1 Ice cubes
Puree the melon with the sea buckhorn juice and mineral water. Stir until combined and season to taste with lemon juice.
Pour into a glass with the ice. Skewer the melon balls. Garnish with the skewer and mint leaves.
