- Ingredients
- 4 Steak (each about 200 g)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 40 milliliters olive oil
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- freshly ground peppers
- coarse salt
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the steaks and pat dry. Peel the garlic and coarsely chop. Rinse the rosemary and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and finely chop. Mix the rosemary with the garlic, lemon juice, and the oil. Mix in the wine, and season to taste with pepper. Place the steaks in the marinade, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2.
Heat the grill, then add the steaks. Cook 2-5 minutes on each side, depending on your desired degree of doneness. Remove from the grill, wrap in aluminum foil, and let rest for 5 minutes. Arrange the steaks on plates, season with some of the coarse salt, and serve with mixed vegetables if you'd like.
