Marinated Pork Steaks
- For the steaks
- 4 Pork neck (each about 180-200 g)
For the marinade: Peel the garlic and onion. Thinly slice garlic. Thinly slice onion into rings. Remove step from the peperoncini and thinly slice. Remove the seeds. In a bowl, stir the garlic, onion, peperoncini, herbs and olive oil together until thoroughly combined.
For the steaks: Season the steaks with pepper to taste. Place in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and drain well. Season with salt to taste. Cook on a grill or in a skillet.
