- 4 Ribeye Steaks (ready for cooking, each 160 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 sprigs Sage
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 10 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Heat grill.

Rinse steaks, pat dry, rub with salt and pepper and grill 5-8 minutes on each side.

For the marinade: Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck and and cut leaves and needles into narrow strips. Peel shallot and garlic, chop finely and mix with oil and lemon juice.
4.
Place steaks in shallow dish, sprinkle with marinade and let rest for about 20 minutes. Cut steaks into thin strips and serve, for example on bed of fresh, green lettuce.
