Marinated Pork Steaks
Peel and chop the garlic. Puree the garlic with the mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, tabasco, thyme and beer, and season with pepper to taste.
Place the pork in a dish and cover with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and drain well. Place on a preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with French bread and herb butter if desired.
