Marinated Pork Steaks
Peel the shallots and garlic and coarsely chop. Then puree with the mustard, lemon juice and zest, Tabasco, thyme, beer and season with salt and pepper. Place the steaks in this marinade and cover at least 4 hours. Or, leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
For grilling, take the steaks out of the marinade and pat dry. Place on the hot grill for about 6 - 8 minutes.
Serve on grilled slices of white bread.
