- 4 Sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 red Bell pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- 2 Tbsps chopped Chives
- 1 tsp chopped Basil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps

Mix together the oil and lemon juice. Brush a little over the steaks.

Mix together the red pepper, herbs and garlic and season to taste with black pepper.

Place on a wooden board or work surface and press the steaks into the mixture, coating each side. Chill for 1 hour.

Heat the grill.
5.
Place the steaks on the rack of the grill pan and drizzle with the remaining oil mixture. Cook about 4" from the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side (rare) or 4-5 minutes on each side (medium).
