2 kilograms Pork ribs
For Marinade
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
1 Tbsp grated Horseradish
2 Tbsps thinner honey
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 centiliters sherry
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt (cayenne pepper)
For Grilled Vegetables
1 red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
2 red onions
1 Zucchini
200 grams medium button Mushroom
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 cup olive oil
2 sprigs rosemary (coarsely chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ bunch Radish (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine all ingredients for marinade, mix well. Rinse and pat dry spareribs, coat with marinade. Cover and marinate in a cool place for about 6 hours. Cook ribs on hot grill for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Baste with marinade when cooking.

Rinse and dry peppers, halve, remove seeds and ribs, cut into bite- sized pieces. Rinse and dry zucchini, cut into thick slices.

Peel onion and cut into wedges.

Rinse tomatoes and core.

Clean mushrooms.

Place vegeatbles on aluminum foil and cook on the grill 10 minutes before ribs are done. Drizzle vegetables with oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.

Place grilled vegetables and ribs on a plate, garnish with radishes, serve..
