2 kilograms Pork ribs
For the marinade
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
2 tablespoons Plum butter
1 tablespoon grated Horseradish
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 centiliters sherry
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt (cayenne pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine all ingredients for the marinade and mix well. Rinse spare ribs, pat dry, cut into 2 ribs portions and coat with marinade. Cover and marinate in a cool place for about 6 hours.

Drain ribs and grill on a hot grill, turning, for about 15 minutes. Brush with marinade often. Arrange on plates and serve.
