- 2 kilograms Pork ribs
- For the BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsps Ketchup
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 garlic cloves (squeezed)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 120 chopped, toasted Shelled pistachios
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

For the BBQ sauce: combine all ingredients and mix well. For the ribs: rinse spare ribs, pat dry and cut into individual ribs, coat with barbecue sauce. Marinate for about 6 hours, turning once.
2.
Remove ribs from the marinade and grill on a hot grill for about 25 minutes, turning often. Baste with marinade often and arrange on plates. Serve.
