Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit and cut into bite-size pieces.

2.

Rinse the grapes, cut in half, remove the seeds and mix with the mango.

3.

Mix the lemon juice with 80 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) water, the cinnamon and the honey. Stir in the fruit, and serve garnished with mint.
