5 Tbsps grapeseed oil
3 Tbsps Grape juice
2 Tbsps Cottage cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse the beans and blanch in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain well.

Rinse and halve the grapes and remove seeds. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into thin wedges. Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in a dry pan until crispy.

3.

Mix the vinegar, grape seed oil, grape juice and cream cheese together, and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Divde the salad among plates, drizzle with the dressing and serve garnished with oregano leaves.
