150 grams green Grape
150 grams red Grape
½ l Red wine
1 Cinnamon stick
1 pc Orange peel
2 cloves
100 grams sugar
50 grams Walnut
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut pear in half, remove core, cut into quarters and peel. Rinse plums, cut in half, remove pit and cut into wedges. Rinse grapes, cut in half and remove any seeds. Cook fruit in red wine with sugar and spices for a few minutes.

2.

Poach fruit in liquid for 5 minutes. Remove from liquid with a skimmer and simmer liquid until syrupy. Arrange fruit on plates and pour fruit syrup over top. Garnish with walnuts and dust with powdered sugar.
